Simvia zoekt een gedreven Junior Customer Success Specialist voor de Benelux. Je bouwt sterke klantrelaties, helpt klanten hun doelen te bereiken en haalt waarde uit ons platform vanaf dag één.
In een snelle scale-up werk je nauw samen met het onboarding- en supportteam en groei je naar zelfstandigheid. Je beheert circa 50 kleine tot middelgrote Benelux-klanten, begeleidt onboarding, onderhoudt renewals en signaleert churn- en expansiekansen.
