Seenons in Amsterdam zoekt een Werkstudent Customer Support die de vraagbaak wordt voor klanten en partners. Je beantwoordt vragen en lost issues op via telefoon en e-mail, met klantvriendelijkheid en heldere communicatie.
Daarnaast analyseer je situaties, voorkom je problemen en werk je nauw samen met servicepartners om alles tijdig en correct af te handelen. Het uurloon is 15 euro bruto per uur, op een toplocatie met lunch en borrels.
