Futurewhiz is op zoek naar een Customer Support medewerker die inbound tickets via Zendesk snel afhandelt en klantenvragen via DM’s en sociale kanalen afhandelt. Je signaleert trends en werkt mee aan verbeteringen op basis van klantfeedback.
Je maakt deel uit van een zes-koppig Support-team, werkt hybride en hebt dagelijkse interactie met klanten en interne teams om de dienstverlening te verbeteren.
