EF Language Abroad in Amsterdam is seeking a Customer Support Coordinator to provide top-tier support to our Language Abroad students. You will engage with students via email and phone, collaborating with local and global EF Customer Support teams to assist them throughout their journey.
Your duties include booking and invoicing support, admissions guidance, travel coordination, and maintaining accurate records while building positive relationships with students, guardians, and EF campuses.
