RIFF Nederland B.V. zoekt een klantenservice medewerker die via telefoon en e-mail contact onderhoudt met klanten en hen oplossingsgericht ondersteunt. Je werkt hybride, deels op kantoor in Amsterdam en deels thuis, met werktijden tussen 10:00 en 20:00 uur.
Het team telt zo'n 28 mensen en biedt een gedegen inwerk- en trainingsprogramma. Je hebt ervaring in klantcontact, beheerst Nederlands en Engels vloeiend en toont flexibiliteit en betrokkenheid.
