- Beantwoord telefoontjes, e-mails en chats als eerste aanspreekpunt voor klanten en salonpartners van Treatwell
- Bied ondersteuning bij vragen over Treatwell, van salonssoftware tot teleurstellende behandelingen
- Lever uitstekende klantenservice bij elk contactmoment
- Gebruik Salesforce en Slack om informatie bij te houden en effectief met het team te communiceren
- Los problemen op en faciliteer constructieve gesprekken tussen klanten en partners
- Ga zelfverzekerd om met een groot aantal klantvragen
- Adviseer salonpartners en help hen hun bedrijf te laten groeien
- Rapporteer aan de Customer Experience Team Lead
- Werk maandag t/m vrijdag tot 40 uur per week in een internationale omgeving
- Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk, in het Nederlands en Engels
- Kennis van extra talen (Frans, Duits) is een pluspunt
- Oog voor detail, zonder de efficiëntie uit het oog te verliezen
- Goed georganiseerd; plant de dag effectief en behaalt doelen en targets
- Flexibel beschikbaar van maandag t/m vrijdag
- Positieve instelling en proactieve verantwoordelijkheid voor het eigen werk
Demonstrates strong customer service skills by effectively managing customer inquiries and providing support to salon partners. Proficient in using Salesforce and Slack for communication and information management in a fast-paced, international environment.
