At Re:

Shark, we’re building an AI sales platform that helps businesses find and contact potential customers. We’re growing quickly and want every customer to get the attention they need to succeed with our platform.

That’s why we’re looking for a Customer Experience intern. Do you enjoy helping people and want to discover how AI, sales and customer experience come together? We’d like to meet you.

You’ll join the team and learn how to support customers from their first onboarding session to their everyday use of Re:

Shark.

• Support onboarding: help new customers get started and work with your colleagues to give them a good introduction.
• Prepare and deliver training: observe first, then learn step by step how to guide customers through the platform yourself.
• Answer customer questions: help customers through chat. For more complex topics, work with your colleagues.
• Encourage platform use: help spot where customers get stuck and think about how we can help them move forward.
• Collect feedback: ask customers about their experience and share ideas for improvement with the team.

You’ll learn to answer customer questions clearly, deliver training and help customers make new software part of their daily work.

You’ll also discover how we measure and improve customer adoption, response times and customer satisfaction. Together, we’ll set learning goals that fit your course and development.

• You’re studying a relevant vocational or higher professional course (MBO or HBO), for example commercial economics, marketing and communications or international business management.
• You speak and write Dutch and English well.
• You enjoy helping people and explaining things patiently.
• You’re curious about software, AI and sales.
• You take initiative, ask questions and keep your commitments.
• You’re available for at least 24 to 32 hours per week and can work in a hybrid setup based in Amsterdam.

You don’t need previous experience with AI or customer experience. We’ll help you learn.
