Customer Success Manager | EV Charging & Clean Tech
Remote based Netherlands - Must speak fluent Dutch & ideally French
We're partnering with a global EV infrastructure/Clean Tech company to find a high-impact  Customer Success Manager  who thrives on ownership, problem-solving, and transforming customers into loyal advocates.
This is far more than traditional account management. From onboarding through renewals, you'll be the trusted advisor, strategic partner, and primary point of contact for a portfolio of enterprise customers, ensuring every interaction delivers value and strengthens the relationship.
What You’ll Be Doing    Own the Customer Journey     Lead the post-sale experience from onboarding through ongoing success.
Deliver a structured, white-glove onboarding process.
Coordinate with technical, operations, and field teams to ensure seamless deployments.
Build Strategic Customer Relationships     Manage a portfolio of key accounts and become their trusted advisor.
Develop relationships with stakeholders ranging from operational teams to executive leadership.
Proactively monitor account health, platform usage, and performance metrics.
Drive Customer Success & Retention     Lead Quarterly Service Reviews, presenting meaningful business insights and ROI.
Manage renewals and identify opportunities for growth and expansion.
Turn challenges and escalations into opportunities to deepen customer trust.
Be the Voice of the Customer     Partner closely with Product, Engineering, and Operations teams.
Share customer feedback and insights that influence future products and services.
Champion continuous improvement across the customer experience.
What We're Looking For     3-6+ years' experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or a related customer-facing role.
Experience managing complex enterprise customers and multiple stakeholders.
Proven success driving customer retention, growth, customer satisfaction, or account expansion.
Strong communication and presentation skills, including executive-level engagement.
Data-driven mindset with the ability to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
Experience handling customer escalations with professionalism and urgency.
Familiarity with EV charging, SaaS, energy technology, IoT, or infrastructure-based solutions is highly desirable.
Experience using CRM and Customer Success platforms such as Salesforce, Hub Spot, Gainsight, Totango, or Churn Zero.
