Verantwoordelijkheden
- Het maken van bestektekeningen, plattegronden, werktekeningen en detailtekeningen in de woningbouw
- Samenwerken met collega’s om projecten goed te laten verlopen
- Je creëert en controleert de tekeningen
- Je legt contact en communiceert met opdrachtgevers en collega’s
- Je hebt een hbo-diploma bouwkunde
- Analytisch vaardig, je zorgt voor een goede totstandkoming van het bouwplan
- Je hebt ervaring met BIM/Revit/Archi
CAD en je wilt je nog verder verdiepen in deze programma’s - Communicatief en organisatorisch vaardig
- Je haalt energie uit je werk, omdat je een passie voor modelleren hebt
