De ideale kandidaat heeft technisch inzicht, is nauwkeurig en heeft sterke communicatieve vaardigheden. Je moet in staat zijn om theorie en praktijk te combineren, met de nadruk op het behalen van deadlines en op praktisch werk op de bouwplaats.
