Senior Photo & Video Coordinator

About the role

As Senior Video & Photo Coordinator at Landal, you are our go‑to specialist. You ensure that our parks and accommodations not only inspire potential guests but also drive conversions. You have a deep understanding of brand experience and online performance, and you know exactly which visuals make the difference. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working independently and has previous experience leading others.

You will manage two colleagues and act as the connecting link between teams, suppliers, and stakeholders.

• Develop and oversee the annual planning for all photo and video shoots across our parks and accommodations.
• Coordinate execution with regional teams, park stakeholders, and external production partners.
• Manage the photo and video budget (€300,000–€500,000) and ensure efficient use to achieve business objectives.
• Advise Content Specialists and Editors on optimal selection, sequencing, and publication of visual assets.
• Act as a trusted advisor on visual content and website imagery.
• Drive improvements that enhance quality, consistency, and effectiveness of photo and video content, exploring the use of AI.
• Lead other colleagues, providing guidance and answering questions.
• Ensure all visual assets adhere to brand guidelines and are properly managed within the DAM system.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (HBO).
• At least 4 years of experience in a dynamic environment such as retail, hospitality, or travel industry.
• Experience coordinating professional photo and video productions.
• Experience managing stakeholders and collaborating with internal and external partners.
• Experience with project and budget management.
• Affinity for digital content, websites, and conversion optimization.
• Knowledge of DAM systems and experience working within brand and style guidelines.
• Interest and experience with emerging technologies, including AI application in photo and video content.

• A one‑year contract with a one‑month probation period, with intention to offer a permanent contract afterward.
• Gross monthly salary between €3,630 and €5,185 (full‑time, 38 hours per week), excluding 8% holiday allowance.
• 27 vacation days per year for full‑time employment.
• €2.45 daily home‑working allowance for each day worked from home.
• Flexible working hours and hybrid arrangement with office in Amsterdam (3 days per week).
