Technical Designer

We are looking for a Technical Draftsperson / Revit Designer to translate creative concepts into accurate and buildable technical drawings. You will join an international design-and-build organisation specialising in turnkey interior projects. The office consists of approximately 40 employees, including designers, technical specialists and project managers. The working environment is informal, open and multicultural, with close collaboration between different disciplines and nationalities. English is commonly used as the main working language.

As a Technical Draftsperson / Revit Designer, you will be responsible for the technical development of interior designs. Your responsibilities will include:

• Create and develop technical interior drawings in Revit;
• Translate design concepts into accurate and buildable drawing packages;
• Produce floor plans, elevations, sections and technical details;
• Model interior spaces for hospitality, retail and office projects;
• Coordinate drawings with designers, project managers and contractors;
• Monitor the technical quality, feasibility and timely delivery of drawings.

• At least five years of professional experience working with Revit;
• Proven experience producing and developing technical drawings;
• Strong technical and spatial understanding;
• A precise, structured and independent approach to work;
• Ability to translate creative designs into practical, technically feasible solutions;
• Strong communication and collaboration skills;
• Professional proficiency in English;
• Experience with interior design or fit-out projects is an advantage;
• Experience working on hospitality, retail or office projects is a plus.

• A gross monthly salary between €4,000 and €5,000, depending on knowledge and experience;
