Proven impact as a Principal or Staff Product Designer influencing cross-organizational product strategies
Strong systems thinking for designing interconnected user journeys across complex digital ecosystems
Proficiency with experimentation frameworks, A/B testing, personalization strategies, and lifecycle metrics
Strong interaction design and prototyping skills
Ability to create polished micro-interactions and customer touchpoints
Exceptional storytelling and stakeholder management skills
Ability to articulate design rationale to senior leadership
Expertise in modern design workflows, including AI-assisted tools
Degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field
Track record of delivering large-scale digital products that drive user and business growth
Several years of experience influencing product strategy in a senior individual contributor capacity without direct authority
Ability to collaborate across Product, Engineering, Data, and Business teams
Commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion
Nice to have:
Experience designing end-to-end journeys across web and native mobile platforms, knowledge of scalable information architecture and design systems, familiarity with modern AI workflows for design exploration and production.
