Position: product designer for real estate agents
Описание:  Funda develops digital products for home buyers and real estate agents. Funda Desk is a platform that helps agents manage property listings, follow up on leads, maintain office profiles, and analyze market data.
Задачи:
Set up the Design System for Funda Desk and contribute to its continued development
Translate complex user flows and technical constraints into clear interaction design solutions
Conduct user research and validate ideas with agents or consumers
Work closely with engineers and product managers to bring ideas from concept to implementation
Help the team advance new product initiatives and ongoing developments
Take proactive initiative to engage stakeholders, ask questions, and put ideas on the agenda
Support the development of solutions that are useful for users, technically feasible, and aligned with Funda’s goals
Требования:
Higher professional education level, for example in Human-Computer Interaction, Interaction Design, or Communication & Multimedia Design
Approximately 5+ years of experience as a Product Designer, UX Designer, or Interaction Designer

Experience with complex digital products or applications
Strong portfolio demonstrating attention to detail, product thinking, and complex problem-solving
Proactive and curious approach
Ability to work effectively with different stakeholders and feedback from different perspectives
Ability to clearly and convincingly explain design decisions in Dutch and English

Experience with Lean UX: research, design, testing, and improvement
Extensive experience with Figma
Experience setting up and further developing a design system
Nice to have: experience with analytics and A/B testing

Annual bonus of up to 1.5 times the monthly salary
