Het werk omvat intakegesprekken, diagnostiek en het opstellen van behandelplannen in samenwerking met een psychiater. De organisatie biedt een goede voorbereiding voor verdere opleiding tot huisarts of psychiater, met volop ruimte voor persoonlijke ontwikkeling en collegialiteit.
