Een zorginstelling in Amsterdam zoekt een basisarts voor hun FACT-team. In deze rol werk je samen met een multidisciplinair team en zie je cliënten vaak in hun eigen omgeving. Je voert intakegesprekken, medicatieconsulten en stelt behandelplannen op. Vereiste is een afgeronde opleiding tot basisarts en BIG-registratie. Dit biedt tevens kansen voor verdere opleiding tot specialist. Het contract is voor bepaalde tijd en ingeschaald in FWG 65.
