Een onderwijsinstelling in Amsterdam zoekt een docent AVO. Je verzorgt praktijkgerichte lessen voor studenten in het vo of mbo en fungeert als coach en mentor. Je creëert een veilige leeromgeving en werkt samen met collega's aan onderwijsvernieuwing. Deze rol is cruciaal voor het leerproces, waarbij je studenten enthousiasmeert voor vakken zoals Nederlands en Burgerschap. Je helpt hen ook bij hun persoonlijke ontwikkeling en het ontwerpen van lesmateriaal.

Het is een uitdaging voor elke betrokken docent.
