Een onderwijsinstelling in Amsterdam zoekt een taaldocent die Nederlandse les geeft aan anderstaligen. Je ontwikkelt lessen variërend van basiscommunicatie tot academisch Nederlands en stemt deze af op het taalniveau van de cursisten. Daarnaast begeleid je cursisten in hun leerdoelen en werk je samen met collega-docenten en coördinatoren om hun ontwikkeling te optimaliseren. Digitale middelen en diverse leermethoden worden ingezet om het leerproces te ondersteunen.
Jouw rol vereist evaluatie en aanpassing van lessen om positieve leerresultaten te waarborgen.
