Responsibilities

• Help position ING as a top employer for young professionals.
• Take the lead in organising engaging campus activities together with HBO institutions.
• Collaborate on exciting events, webinars, and workshops throughout the Netherlands.
• Analyse intern needs and develop innovative concepts to attract and retain young talent.
• Use creativity to organise fun activities for fellow ING interns as part of the Intern Board.

• A 3rd or 4th year student of HBO/WO in Hospitality Management, Leisure & Event Management, Communication, International Business or a related field.
• Experience with or a strong affinity for organising events.
• Enthusiastic, energetic and able to convey passion about working at ING.
• Excellent communication, planning and organisational skills.
• Team player who enjoys maintaining contact with stakeholders such as colleagues, other ING interns, students and universities.
• Fluent in Dutch (C1) and English (B2).
• Bonus: humor, curiosity and flexibility.

• 5–6 month internship (1 semester) starting in September 2026.
• Competitive internship allowance of €700 per month for a 36‑hour work week.
