HIP Onderwijs zoekt een vestigingsmanager voor Amsterdam IJburg. Jij stuurt samen met een team huiswerkbegeleiders en bijlesdocenten de vestiging aan, realiseert kwaliteit en zorgt voor een plezierige leeromgeving voor leerlingen van 10 tot 18 jaar.
Je combineert pedagogische en administratieve taken, motiveert leerlingen en ouders, en zet in op groei en resultaten. Het salaris ligt tussen €3.000 en €3.600 per maand op basis van 40 uur, plus een bonusregeling, met ruimte voor professionele
