EGM architecten zoekt een Manager Bedrijfsvoering Continudienst die 24/7 de energievoorziening bewaakt en een team van circa 18 technici aanstuurt. Je zorgt voor stabiele bedrijfsvoering, prestaties en continue verbetering van energiesystemen.
De rol vereist HBO-niveau energietechniek of AOT, ervaring als hiërarchisch manager in een technische omgeving en kennis van procesindustrie. HR, beveiliging en beleid vallen onder verantwoordelijkheid.
