Senior Sales Manager Energy Solutions (EMEA)

Global Technology Recruitment  is supporting an established international technology organisation in the appointment of a  Senior Sales Manager – Power & Energy Solutions .

This is a senior commercial and leadership opportunity focused on the continued development of the company’s energy solutions business across international markets.

The successful candidate will combine strong commercial experience with a good technical understanding of power electronics, energy storage, renewable energy and related power conversion technologies.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute commercial strategy for the assigned energy solutions business

Identify and develop new business opportunities across European and international markets

Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, partners and industry stakeholders

Drive sales growth within energy storage, renewable energy and power electronics applications

Support the commercial and technical evaluation of customer projects

Work closely with engineering, product and technical teams to support customer requirements

Identify market trends, emerging technologies and new areas of business opportunity

Provide leadership and direction to the wider team

Support forecasting, budgeting and commercial planning

Contribute to the continued development and growth of the business across the region

Candidate Profile

Approximately 10+ years of relevant industry experience

Strong background within technical sales, business development or commercial leadership

Experience with in one or more of the following areas:

Power conversion

Grid-connected energy solutions

Previous leadership or team management experience

Strong commercial awareness combined with technical understanding

Experience working with customers across European or international markets

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Degree in electrical engineering, energy, renewable energy or a related technical discipline preferred
