European Sales Manager Energy Storage

Identify, explore and capture new business opportunities across the Dutch energy storage market, focusing on the Netherlands and surrounding regions, covering solar PV, wind power, grid-scale BESS and commercial & industrial (C&I) energy storage projects.
Develop and sustain a robust industry network of core stakeholders: project developers, Independent Power Producers (IPPs), utility companies, EPC contractors, renewable energy investors and other key local industry partners.
Take full ownership of end-to-end customer lifecycle management: lead lead generation, prospect acquisition, long-term account relationship cultivation, commercial contract negotiation, and full-spectrum pre-sales & after-sales technical and commercial support for energy storage projects.
Formulate localized market penetration strategy and execution roadmap for integrated battery storage systems, inverters, power conversion systems (PCS) and grid power equipment, deliver assigned regional sales and strategic targets, and lift overall profit margin of the energy storage business line.
Requirements & Qualifications   Bachelor’s degree or above.
Minimum 5 years of technical sales or business development experience within the  energy storage and EPC industry , with European renewable energy project experience preferred.
Solid practical experience with utility-scale battery energy storage systems, including integrated battery solutions, inverters/converters, PCS power equipment and general grid electrical apparatus. Candidates with established client resources among utility operators and EPC contractors will be highly prioritized.
In-depth market intelligence of the Dutch renewable landscape, including solar PV, wind power, grid-scale energy storage and C&I energy storage. Candidates with mature, stable connections to local grid operators and relevant energy authorities are strongly preferred.
