Field Service Technician - Thermodrive Specialist

To support the exponential growth of our homogenous belt portfolio in Europe we are looking for a Field Service Technician based in the Netherlands with the ability to travel across the EMEA region. You will be part of our EMEA Life Cycle Services team.

Whatwill you do?
- Visit Intralox customers at their plant to:
- Provide technical assistance – installation of Thermo Drive belts
- Conduct training on usage of Thermo Drive welding system
- Service and inspect the Thermo Drive welding system
- Build relationships with key contacts at the plant
- Support field troubleshooting of Thermo Drive applications
- Document findings and actions in service visit reports and CRM
- Test new developments and share knowledge with colleagues and external service partners
- Collaborate and align with peers in the technical departments and the commercial team to ensure we are aligned in our service offerings and recommendations – one voice

- Strong mechanical background, ideally with experience in processing or conveying equipment
- Practical technical (mechanical) skills. A hands‑on problem solver
- Ability to travel (>50%) in EMEA region, work weekends, holidays and overtime when required
- Must have ability to lift splicing equipment and climb ladders
- Fluent in English (verbal and writing). German/ French language skills are a plus
- A self‑managed individual with a service mindset who is a team player
