To support the exponential growth of our homogenous belt portfolio in Europe we are looking for a Field Service Technician based in the Netherlands with the ability to travel across the EMEA region. You will be part of our EMEA Life Cycle Services team.

• Visit Intralox customers at their plant to:
  • Provide technical assistance – installation of Thermo Drive belts
  • Conduct training on usage of Thermo Drive welding system
  • Service and inspect the Thermo Drive welding system
  • Build relationships with key contacts at the plant
• Support field troubleshooting of Thermo Drive applications
• Document findings and actions in service visit reports and CRM
• Test new developments and share knowledge with colleagues and external service partners
• Collaborate and align with peers in the technical departments and the commercial team to ensure we are aligned in our service offerings and recommendations – one voice

• Strong mechanical background, ideally with experience in processing or conveying equipment
• Practical technical (mechanical) skills. A hands‑on problem solver
• Ability to travel (>50%) in EMEA region, work weekends, holidays and overtime when required
• Must have ability to lift splicing equipment and climb ladders
• Fluent in English (verbal and writing). German/ French language skills are a plus
• A self‑managed individual with a service mindset who is a team player
