The role

As Parts Technical Support Expert within Zeekr MSS you provide expert technical guidance and operational support related to automotive parts across the EU Zeekr aftersales network. This role acts as a key interface between engineering, supply chain, quality, and regional organizations, ensuring the correct identification, application, and technical usage of parts throughout the vehicle lifecycle. The position supports NSCs, importers, and indirect dealers by resolving complex technical parts issues, improving parts accuracy, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives that enhance service quality, parts availability, and customer satisfaction.

is what you will do:
Technical Parts Support
  • Serve as the Zeekr technical authority for parts‑related inquiries from NSCs, regional offices, and dealer networks.

  • Analyze and resolve complex parts identification, application, fitment, and supersession issues.

  • Interpret engineering drawings, bills of materials (BOM), and technical change documentation to support accurate parts usage in close collaboration with Zeekr HQ.

  • Provide technical clarification on new model introductions, facelifts, and running changes impacting parts.

  • Lead and manage initial orders for full new models or facelifts in accordance with the SBOM, including all chemical components. Coordinate technical details with Zeekr China and align closely with the product team and make sure timely supply ahead of OKTB.

  • Manage the complete SBOM for current models. Coordinate with the sales team on new configurations and work with CN to define new parts lists and keep the SBOM up to date.

Aftersales & Network Support
  • Develop and maintain technical parts documentation, guidelines, and troubleshooting materials for the aftersales network.

  • Support NSCs and dealers in resolving escalated parts cases beyond first‑ and second‑line support.

  • Act as subject matter expert during field issues, quality campaigns, recalls, and service actions involving parts.

  • Collaborate with Service network to define and deliver parts‑related technical training content where necessary.

Cross‑Functional Collaboration
  • Act as a liaison on parts between Aftersales, Engineering, Quality, Logistics, and Supplier Management.

  • Act as the lead for all QBS, QBD, and campaign actions related parts, with end‑to‑end responsibility across supply, logistics, stakeholder communication, and field execution.

  • Support root cause analysis for recurring parts issues, incorrect applications, or high warranty‑impact items.

  • Contribute to parts accuracy improvement initiatives within EPC systems and master data governance.

  • Support change management processes related to part number changes, supersessions, and phase‑in/phase‑out activities.

Process Improvement & Governance
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize parts technical support processes and reduce error rates.

  • Define and monitor KPIs related to parts accuracy, technical case resolution time, and dealer satisfaction.

  • Support audits and ensure compliance with Zeekr MSS standards, technical policies, and regulatory requirements.

  • Participate in projects related to digitalization, system upgrades, and parts data quality enhancement.

To be successful in the role you will demonstrate:
  • 5–8 years of experience in the automotive industry, preferably within OEM aftersales, parts engineering, or technical support functions.

  • Proven experience in technical parts support, engineering liaison, or parts data management roles.

  • In‑depth knowledge of automotive parts, vehicle systems, and aftersales operations.

  • Thorough understanding of parts lifecycle management, including new product introduction (NPI) and obsolescence.
