What is the role about?
We are looking for an Industry Sales Engineer for the Adana Region to join our Group. This is a sales role within the industrial process engineering and measurement instrumentation industry, requiring a technical background, strong customer‑facing skills, and the ability to manage complex customer relationships.

Which tasks will you perform?

Fulfill the sales targets set by the company within the designated business area.

Negotiate price and commercial terms with customers.

Personally manage and develop base of customers.

Proactively identify and develop opportunities to partner with customers to provide added‑value solutions, focusing efforts at all levels of customer business to achieve sales goals.

Work closely with all company departments to coordinate customer interactions and ensure customer satisfaction.

Accurately forecast sales within the designated area to provide management information.

Candidate will be reporting to the Sales Manager.

What do we expect from you?

Bachelor’s degree in chemical, electrical/electronics, physics or mechanical engineering, industry engineering.

Experience in industrial measurement and control in process industries is a plus.

Strong communication and presentation skills.

Excellent coordination ability and good teamwork spirit.

Committed, responsible and proactive work attitude.

Fluency in spoken and written English.
