Testing Engineer

Job Summary:

The ideal candidate is required to carry out the daily production test operation and IQC on various PCBA boards. The candidate should possess the knowledge of computer and/or electronic engineering, and be able to perform necessary duties including developing test scripts, testing, and quality control on company products to meet company goals and objectives. The candidate must be able to analyze complex data and troubleshoot and isolate faults for failed PCBA boards.

Good communication skills are required, and the candidate should be capable of working in a fast-paced environment.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

MB/Add-On-Card/RSC/Memory/Backplane Incoming Quality Control
Execute Visual Inspection / Function Test / Flash firmware for MB/Add-On-Card/Riser Cards /Memory/Backplane
Fault isolate and identify root causes for failed MB/Add-On-Card/Riser Cards/Memory/Backplane
Perform ECO and rework
Develop scripts or batch files for testing
Perform stress tests or other similar tests of production products
Support system test and debug
Support works on the production line
Willing to do assigned tasks as required by the company

Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in EE or CS preferred
At least 2 years of related experience preferred
Knowledge of DOS, Windows, and Linux is a benefit
Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Access, and PowerPoint) a plus
Basic knowledge of hardware and software is a benefit
Must have excellent verbal communication skills
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Self-discipline, responsible, and hard worker
Able to work in a fast-paced testing environment
