Job Title  Quality Engineer/ Team Lead

Job Description  In this role, you have the opportunity to work as a Team Lead to drive compliance and quality improvements in our factory in Best.

Your role :
Ensure product quality, while maintaining full compliance and driving manufacturing excellence.
Achieve timely releases of products with high quality and outstanding reliability.
Collaborate with a team of Quality Engineers and Reject Handlers.
Coordinate the Quality Engineering team.
Be the single point of contact for our modalities for customers like legal manufacturer and operations manager.
Lead & enable strong cross-functional partnerships between different stakeholders.
You're the right fit if:
At least 5 years’ experience within quality engineering in an operational environment (preferably medical devices, pharma, automotive, or aerospace).
At least Bachelor level coupled with a technical background.

Experience with Medical Device Regulations and standards (FDA CFR, ISO 13485:2016) preferred.
Good communication and reporting skills in English (required) and Dutch (preferred).
Some team management / coordinating experience is preferred.
