What does an AI engineer do?
As an AI Engineer,  you are primarily involved in designing, building, and managing responsible AI applications for our clients . You assist from initial design to a first prototype to a mature integrated AI application. Initially, you will work mainly independently, but you will have your colleagues to ask for advice. We challenge you to think about the direction in which Brush AI will develop.

In summary, as an AI Engineer at Brush AI, you will primarily be involved in:
Setting up, establishing, and implementing responsible AI applications.
Maintaining contact with the client to provide them with the best (technical) advice.
Staying up-to-date with the latest technological developments in the field of Responsible AI.
Brainstorming and collaborating with Brush AI’s partners in the Netherlands and Belgium.

Tech skills (must have):
You have 3+ years of experience as a Data Scientist, Data Engineer, Machine Learning Engineer, or Software Engineer.
You have a BSc or MSc in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field.
You have experience with programming in Python and related ML packages (e.g., Pyspark, Tensorflow/Keras, PyTorch, SKlearn).
You have experience with databases, Git, and Dev Ops.
Tech skills (nice to have):
You have experience in bringing ML solutions into production in the cloud.
You have experience and affinity with Generative AI.
You have experience and affinity with the Microsoft platform (i.e., Azure, AI Studio).
You have a strong affinity with data ethics and Responsible AI.
You can take on a leading role within the projects at our customers, sometimes also acting as a primary point of contact.
You are proficient in both Dutch and English, both verbally and in writing.
