We have a live opportunity for a Critical Operations Technician based in the Eemshaven and Groningen area. This is a permanent role working within a 24/7 data centre and mission‑critical infrastructure environment where operational standards are non‑negotiable.

What you will be doing:

Operating and maintaining electrical, mechanical, IT and building services systems in a live environment

Planned preventive maintenance and reactive works across critical infrastructure

Infrastructure monitoring, operational rounds and keeping documentation to the required standard

Remote hands support, equipment installs and fault escalation

What we are looking for:

Hands‑on technical background across electrical, mechanical, IT or building services

Experience working in a shift‑based, high‑availability or safety‑critical environment

Disciplined approach to process, documentation and change control

Your background does not need to be data centres. If you have come from offshore and wind, utilities, power generation, industrial engineering, manufacturing, pharmaceutical or military engineering, your experience is relevant here.
