Job Description  Join our dynamic team as the OHC Verification and Test Equipment Development Lead, where you will play a pivotal role in the advancement of Oral Healthcare (OHC) technologies. You will lead the development of innovative test methods and equipment, collaborating globally with product development teams and partners. Oversee the OHC lab spaces and resources in Drachten, ensuring seamless coordination with other test and measurement departments.

This hands-on role demands expertise in managing complex test equipment and products.
Your Role:
Drive the creation and validation of test equipment, ensuring compliance with company procedures and quality management systems to meet the design verification needs of oral healthcare products.
Plan and oversee lab activities and workflows to support product development, testing, and design verification in line with POHC’s product portfolio roadmap and global launch plans.
Lead improvement projects to enhance test execution, leveraging our global test and development footprint.
Foster cross-functional collaboration with Systems Engineering, Product Development, Function Development, Embedded Systems Engineering, and Product Quality to achieve seamless project execution.
Ensure team members are adequately trained in OHC verification and testing according to the Quality Management System (QMS).
You're the Right Fit If:
You possess a Bachelor’s degree in Mechatronics, Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent professional engineering experience.
You have 10+ years of experience in test and verification within product design and development, preferably with medical products (FDA regulated) and familiarity with standards like ISO 13485, 21

820, EU MDR.
You have a strong background in the design and deployment of customized test and measurement equipment and managing relationships with suppliers.
You demonstrate a quality mindset, problem-solving skills, and willingness to travel and work flexible hours to support global projects.
