PIC Packaging Engineer

My client is looking for an experienced Photonic Integrated Circuit Packaging Engineer to join their team in the Netherlands. This is an exciting opportunity to work for a deep-tech photonics company working in fibre sensing, perfect for someone looking to become an expert in the PIC Packaging field.

Job responsibilities:

Working on production, you will work hands on in developing PIC Packaging
Optimise PIC packaging and assembly processes for production
Install, maintain, and support production equipment and machinery

You will have:

Industry experience desirable in PIC Packaging, with relevant degree e.g. Physics
Strong understanding of the PIC Packaging process e.g. fibre alignment/wire bonding
Basic programming skills
