Overview  Join a forward-thinking financial institution as an Operations Engineer within the External Reporting team. In this role, you will be at the heart of ensuring smooth, compliant, and secure financial reporting operations. You'll have the opportunity to work with cutting-edge technologies, improve key processes, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, making a tangible impact on operational performance and efficiency.
Responsibilities   Manage and optimise the department's operational infrastructure, ensuring systems run reliably and securely.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues that could impact critical reporting activities.
Drive improvements in performance and compliance.
Collaborate with IT, compliance, and auditing teams to deliver timely and accurate financial reports.
Qualifications   Minimum of 3 years' experience in operations engineering, preferably within a regulated industry.
Solid understanding of network infrastructure, server management, and database administration.

Experience with enterprise systems and technologies such as SQL and Azure Cloud.
Familiar with ITIL processes, particularly Incident, Change, and Configuration management (CMDB).
Knowledge of application authorization, Identity & Access Management, and RBAC.
Strong problem-solving abilities and analytical mindset.
Excellent communication skills, able to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
