Position: Electrical Engineer – Chemie / Procesindustrie
Do you want to work on complex technical projects within a dynamic production environment? As an Electrical & Instrumentation Engineer, you will play a key role in designing, realizing, and optimizing electrical and instrumentation solutions within industrial processes. You will work closely with project managers and engineers on innovative projects where safety, quality, and continuous improvement are central. Within this organization, you will have plenty of room for initiative, technical development, and professional growth.

Your Responsibilities
In this role, you are responsible for the technical execution and coordination of E&I projects within the organization.

Creating technical drawings based on project requirements;

Selecting components for electrical and instrumentation solutions;

Leading preparatory activities and supporting project execution;

Monitoring project planning, quality, and budgets;

Applying standards and guidelines such as the Machinery Directive, Low Voltage Directive, and ATEX;

Participating in multidisciplinary project teams from your area of expertise;

Identifying innovations within production processes and translating them into improvements;

Documenting and sharing technical knowledge within systems and processes.

Your Profile

Completed degree in Electrical Engineering or similar;

HBO/Bachelor working and thinking level;

Minimum of 5 years of relevant engineering experience, preferably within the chemical or process industry;

Experience with process automation, process control, and drive technology;

Knowledge of the Machinery Directive, Low Voltage Directive, ATEX, and other electrical standards is considered a strong advantage;

Proactive working attitude and strong communication skills;

Preferably in possession of a VCA-VOL certificate or willing to obtain this on short notice.
