We are working with organisations across the nuclear sector to identify Safety Analysts with experience in PSA, DSA, or broader nuclear safety activities to join multidisciplinary engineering teams.
The organisations are involved in a range of major nuclear programmes in the UK and internationally, supporting both new build and existing facilities.
The role focuses on nuclear safety assessment, risk analysis, and safety case support within complex engineering environments.
Key Responsibilities
Support probabilistic and/or deterministic safety assessments
Contribute to safety cases and technical safety documentation
Support hazard identification and risk analysis activities
Produce technical analysis reports and engineering documentation
Work with multidisciplinary engineering teams across nuclear projects
Contribute to risk-informed engineering and safety decision-making
Required Experience
Degree in Nuclear Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Physics, Mathematics, or a similar discipline
Experience with in the nuclear sector in PSA, DSA, safety case, or nuclear safety analysis work
Understanding of safety assessment methodologies and regulated environments
Experience contributing to technical safety documentation or engineering studies
Experience with PSA or safety analysis tools and methodologies
Familiarity with UK nuclear regulatory frameworks
Experience supporting new build, SMR, or existing generation programmes
Location
Hybrid working with regular office attendance depending on project requirements.
