Contribute to business development efforts and revenue growth initiatives
Conduct deep-dive analysis of clean molecule markets, project economics, and industry trends
Develop data-driven insights on project bankability, cost competitiveness, and emissions performance
Contribute to product development including real-time bulletin capabilities
Support the evolution of HySights' proprietary ratings methodology
Support development of systematic data collection processes for market scaling
Collaborate with technical teams on platform enhancement priorities
Analyze regulatory developments, policy frameworks, and market dynamics across key geographies
Contribute to Deal Flow Intelligence reports and market publications
Validate project data submissions and conduct comparative benchmarking analysis
Required Qualifications:
5-7+ years’ experience in clean energy, project finance, energy markets, or related fields
Experience with LCOE modelling, emissions analysis, or lifecycle carbon metrics.
Exposure to infrastructure risk assessment frameworks.
Understanding of regulatory landscapes, incentive structures, or certification regimes for new fuels.
Proven network of relationships across investors, offtakers, developers, or energy industry stakeholders
Demonstrated analytical capability in evaluating energy projects, market dynamics, or investment opportunities
Strong understanding of clean molecule value chains (hydrogen, ammonia, SAF, biofuels, etc.)
Minimally Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Finance, Economics, Environmental Science, or related field
Helpful Attributes:
1. Genuine passion for accelerating the clean energy transition
2. Self-starter mentality with ability to operate independently in a high-growth startup environment
3. Comfort with ambiguity and ability to build processes from the ground up
4. Strong communication skills - ability to engage credibly with C-suite executives and technical experts
5. Familiarity with Preqin, Debt Wire, or similar market intelligence platforms
1. Competitive base salary commensurate with experience
2. Meaningful equity participation in a high-growth company. Join a funded, revenue-generating company which is scaling up
