Control Room Specialist ()
Position Summary  We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as a Control Room Specialist.
Responsibilities   Job scope is Duiven HUB (eventual support on station ELST – on demand); on‑site job under rotative schedule (3 shifts: day, afternoon & night, currently running from Monday to Saturday); rotation roostering leads the presence on site.
Provide automation support to Operations on site while the sorting shift is taking place; actively act upon information, signals and alarm logs from the SCADA system.
Dispatch Field Service Engineers to troubleshoot and resolve incidents.
Support repair and maintenance of conveyor system equipment, electrical/electronic/electromechanical systems, and mechanical parts such as bearings, shafts, rollers.
Ensure correct performance of the sorting system in a safe and effective way, including on‑site sort shift support.
Identify anomalies and, where clear procedures exist, resolve them in consultation with Maintenance Specialists and Senior Technicians.
Assess Technicians (Regular and Senior) on site regarding their job and duties; provide advice and assessment on technical and administrative tasks to close the reporting process (MAXIMO).
Handle administrative work such as declaring and reporting maintenance activities, usage of parts, LOTO procedure, toolbox meetings, and MAXIMO reporting, internal communication lines, formularies, Excel control sheets.
Qualifications   Relevant experience (moderate level 3–5 years) in the Technical field (Maintenance / Automation / SCADA).
Technical background & expertise.
Experience in a similar role with leadership tasks and responsibilities.
Technical studies (MBO) relevant to the job opportunity (Electrical, electrical/electronic, electromechanical).
