As a Mechatronics Designer at Nobleo Explorer, you will work on-site at leading high-tech clients on cutting-edge projects. You will be part of multidisciplinary teams and have an overview of complex, highly accurate, and dynamic systems. These systems range from advanced robotics to high-tech machinery.
Your role is to help the team achieve the required performance by understanding the dynamics and control of these systems and creating the best possible solutions. This requires strong analytical skills and a hands‑on, can‑do attitude.

Working as an on‑site consultant via Nobleo Explorer means contributing to state‑of-the‑art projects at various high‑tech clients . This allows you to continuously learn, discover new technologies, and further develop your expertise.
Although you work on‑site with clients, you remain part of the Nobleo team: we support you with personal and technical coaching, knowledge sessions, and an open culture. You will always stay connected with passionate colleagues who share your drive for innovation.
In addition to working on client projects, you will spend at least one day per week at the Nobleo office , participating in team days, company events, and quarterly meetings.
You will be at the heart of the latest developments and directly contribute to technological progress and solutions that have a real impact on society .
Your responsibilities Working on‑site at client locations on complex mechatronic systems.
Analyzing system dynamics and contributing to achieving optimal performance.
Developing innovative solutions in collaboration with experts from various disciplines.
Supporting the design, modeling, simulation, and testing of systems.
Actively sharing knowledge and staying up to date with the latest technologies.
What do we expect from you?
MSc or PhD in Mechanical Engineering , Dynamics and Control , or Systems and Control .
At least 4 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
A proactive team player with strong communication skills.
Knowledge or experience with: Control engineering (MIMO, robust control, feedback, feed forward, ILC, motion control)
Precision technology and system dynamics
Matlab/Simulink and preferably ANSYS, dSPACE, or C/C++
Machinery and/or robotics
Actuated systems and sensors
