What you will do
Develop and maintain corporate marine policies and procedures , ensuring compliance with industry standards
Provide expert guidance on marine-related issues impacting offshore installations
Offer valuable marine input during tender processes and ongoing project operations
Collaborate on the design and development of future FPSO projects
Stay updated on maritime regulations , industry trends, and best practices, integrating them into operations
Provide offshore support onboard F(P)
SOs as needed, serving as a backup for regular offshore staff

It is a privately owned company that delivers floating energy solutions and complex mooring equipment to the global oil & gas and renewables industries. Besides having proven capabilities in engineering and developing installations for harsh offshore conditions, they own and operate their own fleet of FPSOs. Challenging engineering and offshore operational environment, particularly in developing equipment for extreme offshore conditions
Organisation with a cooperative mindset and open communication style, which allows for professional progress
Drive for new technologies in floating sustainable energy solutions
For the size of the projects, a relatively small multi‑disciplinary engineering team, with a focus on conceptual and basic design
Combining in one close‑knit company: EPCI contractor and offshore fleet‑owner‑operator
What you already have
Previous experience in the position of Marine Superintendent managing FPSO is essential .
A BSc or MSc degree from a Nautical College and a Master’s Certificate of Competency .
Strong knowledge of FPSO operations and dynamic positioning (DP) .
Certifications include an Engineering COW Certificate and a DP Certificate .
Excellent command of the English language, both written and spoken
Be available for a full‑time job in the Amsterdam Area or be willing to permanently relocate to the Netherlands
Willingness and ability to travel internationally , including visits to offshore installations
30 paid holidays per year
