Let’s do this. In this vital role you will:

Develop and implement maintenance/reliability strategies for manufacturing equipment in compliance with GMP guidelines.

Lead and facilitate risk‑assessments (FMECA, RCM, VBM, LCM, LCC).

Lead, facilitate and perform advanced root cause analysis for equipment failures and implement corrective and preventive actions to minimize downtime and optimize equipment performance.

Advance and implement continuous improvement projects in the maintenance area.

Lead and implement projects to increase asset capabilities and improvements.

Conduct regular inspections and condition assessments of machinery and systems to identify potential issues and develop proactive maintenance plans.

Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure effective installation, validation, and qualification of equipment, ensuring adherence to GMP regulations.

Oversee and manage equipment modification, upgrade, and calibration projects, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

What we expect of you

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field or level achieved by work experience.

Proven experience with developing maintenance plans and coordinating work in a maintenance environment.

Ability to work in a highly regulated environment and preferably understanding of GMP standards.

Excellent problem‑solving skills with the ability to analyze complex issues and develop effective solutions.

Proven project management abilities, including planning, organizing, and executing maintenance projects within defined timelines.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across diverse teams.
