Senior Engineer – Data Engineering  The role of Senior Engineer is perfect for ambitious technologists passionate about working with the latest Microsoft cloud technology and Microsoft experts. As a member of our Data Engineering team, you will design, develop, and deliver enterprise‑grade analytics solutions using Azure and Databricks, and lead small development teams.

Key Responsibilities   Architect, design, develop, and deliver enterprise‑grade analytics solutions based on Azure and Databricks technologies.
Mentor junior team members and support their personal development.
Continuously develop technical skills in the latest Azure and Databricks technologies, achieving and maintaining relevant certifications.
Lead small development teams: track work, manage assignments, and manage capacity.
Communicate technical concepts clearly to non‑technical audiences and mentor junior colleagues.
Qualifications   At least 4 years of experience in Data.
Demonstrable end‑to‑end experience in Data Engineering.

Experience with Azure technologies such as Databricks, Synapse, Data Factory, Azure Data Lake Storage (Gen2), and CosmosDB.
Proficiency in Python, Scala, or PySpark.
Strong communication skills and ability to explain technical terms to non‑technical audiences.
Leadership experience managing small development teams.
