Product Specifications Team Leader

We are searching for an experienced Product Specifications Team Leader at our Venray facility.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

As Product Specification Teamlead (1fte), you will be responsible for optimizing process specifications, engineering masters and increasing team performance to meet customer expectations. You lead a team of SRD analysts and ensure that their work aligns with the business strategy.
You ensure operational processes by continuously measuring, monitoring and evaluating the SRD team's metrics. Through active coaching, adjustment and development of technical and professional skills, you continuously strive to improve and optimize your team.
In addition, you translate quality agreements into operational standards and ensure accurate documentation in the systems. You facilitate the internal approval process and ensure that engineering masters and internal parts meet production and cost accounting standards.
For customer complaints, you will support our CAPA team, aiming to minimize problems by investigating causes and implementing solutions to prevent recurrence. Together with the Customer Care team and the Engineering department, you align activities optimally with customer needs.

Required Qualifications:

What do we ask of you for this position?

Education and Experience:

You have a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration or similar, and you have at least 3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment. You have knowledge of packaging design and can read and interpret technical drawings and models. You are familiar with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and having knowledge of Quality System Regulations (QSRs) and ISO 13485 is a plus.
Leadership:  You have the ability to lead a team and take it to the next level.
Communication skills:  You have very good oral and written communication skills in the English language and understand customer language.
Team player:  You are able to work effectively with various teams in Venray, as well as with international Oliver teams and clients.
Improvement-oriented:  You have experience with lean manufacturing and have achieved concrete results in optimizing processes.
