Project Engineers - Yacht Building

• Coordinate engineering activities across Mechanical, Interior, Exterior, and Structural disciplines within assigned yacht projects.
• Report to the Project Manager Engineering and support the planning and delivery of technical documentation.
• Serve as the first point of contact for Owners’ Representatives, designers, subcontractors, and regulatory bodies.
• Develop detailed engineering schedules in collaboration with project managers and third-party engineers.
• Monitor daily progress, resolve planning issues, and ensure alignment across all stakeholders.
• Communicate and enforce project standards, processes, and methodologies.
• Drive synergies and efficiencies in collaboration with co-makers and subcontractors.
• Provide functional leadership to assigned engineering team members, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.
• MSc within related to the maritime industry across one of the mentioned disciplines.
• Minimum 5 years of engineering experience, ideally in the maritime or luxury yacht industry.
• Strong planning, coordination, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage complex stakeholder relationships and solve technical challenges proactively.
• Proficient in MS Office, AutoCAD, and/or Rhinoceros.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.
