We are looking for a Senior Marine Method Engineer to strengthen our engineering and tender teams. In this role, you will be responsible for developing innovative and efficient construction methodologies for complex marine and coastal infrastructure tenders and projects.
You will play a key role in both the tender phase and project execution, translating engineering designs into practical construction methods while considering safety, logistics, equipment, and environmental conditions.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the development of construction methodologies for marine infrastructure tenders and projects such as ports, quay walls, jetties, breakwaters, and coastal protection structures.
Prepare construction phasing, method statements, installation procedures, and technical documentation.
Assess equipment requirements such as vessels, cranes, barges, and marine installation tools.
Support tender teams by providing technical input and construction strategies.
Evaluate constructability and optimize engineering designs for efficient execution.
Coordinate with engineering, estimating, planning, project management, procurement, and marine operations teams.
Identify technical risks and propose mitigation strategies.
Provide technical support during project execution and resolve engineering challenges on site.
What We Are Looking For
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in civil engineering, Marine Engineering, or Offshore Engineering.
Minimum 8–10 years of experience in marine or offshore construction engineering.
Strong experience with marine infrastructure projects such as ports, terminals, or coastal structures.
Proven ability to develop practical construction methodologies.
Experience working in international and multidisciplinary project teams.
Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
Excellent communication skills in English.
Willingness to travel internationally when required.
