STAR Specialists in the Netherlands seeks an experienced procurement professional to lead strategic sourcing and contract management for major capital projects in the petrochemical sector. You will manage end-to-end tendering, negotiate with suppliers, advise project teams, and ensure supplier performance.
Fluency in Dutch or English and a technical HBO degree are preferred; 5+ years in CAPEX procurement is desirable.
