About this Vacancy
We’re looking for an experienced Hardware Designer who can develop high‑voltage electronic systems where extreme precision, exceptional stability, and ultra‑low power consumption are just as important as the voltage itself.
Responsibilities
Design, develop and integrate high‑voltage electronic systems for precision equipment.
Develop ultra‑stable high‑voltage sources with a focus on accuracy, repeatability and low power consumption.
Design high‑voltage PCBs and complete electronic subsystems.
Perform circuit simulation and analysis using SPICE‑based tools.
Build, test and validate prototypes in dedicated high‑voltage laboratory environments.
Address critical aspects such as insulation reliability, partial discharge, E‑field behaviour, thermal management and safety.
Work closely with mechanical, system, manufacturing and test engineers.
Mentor junior and midlevel engineers and contribute to the growth of the team’s technical expertise.
Scope and Differentiators
Precision high‑voltage electronics
Insulation design
Potting technologies (epoxy, silicone and engineered plastics)
Mechanical integration
Reliability engineering
High‑voltage testing and validation
System‑level architecture
Requirements
MSc or PhD in Electrical Engineering, Electronics or a related field.
7+ years of experience in hardware development.
Proven experience designing high‑voltage systems.
Strong understanding of high voltage, low power and high precision electronics.
Experience with SPICE‑based simulation tools.
Knowledge of IEC 61010 and/or IEC 62368.
Understanding of insulation systems, partial discharge effects and long‑term reliability.
Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
Hands‑on experience building, measuring and validating prototypes.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate across multidisciplinary teams.
Benefits
As an international high‑tech consultancy company, you will work in a challenging and stimulating environment with opportunities for professional growth, mentorship, and involvement in cutting‑edge high‑voltage technology.
