Senior Electrical Engineer

Responsibilities

Lead the design and routing of cable trays, working closely with the Project Engineer

Develop and maintain detailed cable tray plans and panel plans in line with class and shipyard standards

Manage the equipment list and keep all associated system and component data accurate and complete

Join design reviews and model checks to resolve routing conflicts with other disciplines

Support junior engineers and designers, sharing best practices along the way

Qualifications

A Bachelor's degree or technical diploma in Electrical Engineering, Marine Engineering, or similar

At least 3 years of experience in electrical outfitting design, including cable tray routing and panel planning

Strong hands‑on skills in AutoCAD, Cadmatic, and Teamcenter

Solid understanding of shipbuilding processes and applicable class and regulatory requirements

Fluent English, both spoken and written
