Position: Sales Engineer

Type of Position: Fixed-term contract (Potential to become a permanent position after 12 months)

Working Hours: Full time, Monday to Friday

Work Arrangements: On-site

• Generate leads and develop opportunities by attending events and presenting technologies, products, and services
• Build and maintain relationships with principals, engineering firms, partners, and customers
• Identify market trends, support new business, and contribute to sales processes and promotion strategies
• Act as the primary contact for technical inquiries, issue coordination, and problem resolution
• Deliver product training internally and to customers
• Advise clients on methods and designs, and support onboarding, planning, and project execution

• Background in civil or geotechnical engineering, with practical experience in related construction projects
• At least 3 years of experience in a technical sales role
• Native-level Dutch and strong English skills, both written and spoken
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with AutoCAD

• Ability to engage in detailed technical discussions with clients and stakeholders
• Capability to work effectively in multicultural and international environments
• Strong communication skills, including verbal, written, and interpersonal
• Willingness to travel for conferences, seminars, and client meetings
• Self-motivated, proactive, adaptable, solution-oriented, culturally aware, and committed to continuous learning
