Senior Structural Engineer

Consortio has partnered with a leading specialist organisation within the advanced marine and yacht engineering sector to recruit a Senior / Lead Structural (FEA) Engineer. The successful candidate will support the structural design and analysis of high-value, large-scale marine projects, contributing to complex engineering challenges across premium vessels.
The role will involve finite element analysis (FEA), structural calculations, and design development, requiring a high level of technical competence and the ability to work independently across multiple work streams. The ideal candidate will be comfortable managing priorities, organising workload, and contributing within a collaborative engineering environment.
Essential qualifications:
Minimum 5+ years of experience in marine or yacht structural engineering.
Strong expertise in structural analysis, FEA, and engineering calculations.
Relevant engineering qualification or equivalent professional experience.
Excellent command of written and spoken English.
Proven ability to self-manage projects, organise time effectively, and meet deadlines.
Flexible, proactive, and solution-focused mindset with strong teamwork skills.
