Electrical Engineer

We're building body-worn garments for public safety, where the garment isn't an accessory — it is the product.
Focus of the role:  We're looking for our first electrical engineer, someone who can own the full EE stack — schematic and PCB design through to bring-up and field validation. You'd take custom hardware from prototype to a robust, field-testable product built to survive being worn all day. Designed and built in-house, not specified and handed over a fence. Day to day you'd work directly with our team.

Hands-on throughout: as comfortable at a bench with a scope as in a design review.

Qualifications:

You probably have 4–8 years owning PCB design end-to-end, ideally on body-worn, portable or ruggedised hardware (consumer wearables, AR/VR, medical devices, or similar). Public safety, defence, medtech or sports-tech backgrounds are a real plus, where reliability under real conditions wasn't negotiable.
Team is partly in central London and partly in Amsterdam, so it's ideal if you're local or open to relocating.
